What do we see when we go to the gym? Generally speaking, its a group of people sitting in a fixed position and contracting a group of individual muscles. Does this look anything like what happens in our lives? Absolutely not, so what are we training for exactly?
Life is a fluid, non-linear dance and we are dumbing it down to the hokey-pokey with our exercise machine workouts. We are all meant to be Lord of the Dance!
We all should be squatting by now. I would like us to explore a variation of movement in between the heavy squats to develop our body’s full range of motion potential. Remember to focus on the movement between the exercises.
Stay grounded and tall 100% of the time, to put yourself in a mind state of success and develop powerful habits. Think play and remember to smile…

Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any points for rookie blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.|
Hey, I apologize for your message getting eaten. I’ll send that message to my webmaster ASAP to sort out what happend. My advice is not mind blowing (nor is most good advice out there). Start a consistent writing schedule and stick to it. Writing creatively is a muscle and needs to be worked out just like any other. Writers block is nonsense, push through and the words come if you are expressing a passion of yours, at least in my experience.
Which comes to the next crucial point of passion. What would you write about for free just because you love it and genuinely want to create value for the world. If we don’t start with passion, we surely will not endure. Metaphoric for movement and everything else-if you can’t enjoy the journey, choose another path. Always create genuine value first and if you stick with it, people will begin paying attention which adds momentum to creativity.
Thanks for following,
I appreciate comments on the blog posts very much
